Director of Consulting & Insights


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultancy Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing expert consultancy services to our global clients, helping them navigate the complex landscape of sports partnerships. Your insights and guidance will be instrumental in identifying potential partnership opportunities, defining clear objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of partnership strategies.

This role is located in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work.


  • Lead the Consulting & Insights division, providing strategic guidance & support to our clients & partners globally.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the client's objectives, target audience, & market positioning.
  • Identify & evaluate potential partnership opportunities across various sports verticals, with a key focus on F1, US Sports & Soccer.
  • Develop comprehensive partnership strategies that align with the client's goals & deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate negotiations & collaborations between brands & sports entities to secure successful partnerships.
  • Provide ongoing support & advice to ensure the effective implementation & optimization of partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities in the sports marketing landscape.


  • Strong analytical, communication & negotiation skills with a proven track record of building successful partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the sports industry, particularly in F1, US Sports & Soccer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field.
  • Experience in business insights, market analysis, and market research.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data-driven insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with world-class brands and rights holders across Sports, Entertainment & Gaming.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus.
