Talisman Appoints Ben Bianchi as Vice President of Partnership Sales, Expanding Commercial Leadership in the Americas

Talisman, an award-winning global sports marketing agency, is delighted to announce the appointment of Ben Bianchi as Vice President of Partnership Sales, joining the company’s growing North American team.

Based in Miami, Ben brings over 15 years of commercial experience in U.S. sports, having held senior roles across some of the most respected organizations in the industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Director at Legends, overseeing high-profile sponsorships across collegiate sport.

Prior to Legends, Ben led brand partnerships at SponsorUnited, helping brands and rights holders navigate the sponsorship ecosystem through data-driven strategy and execution. He also spent nearly six years with the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium, where he played a key role in delivering integrated partnerships across the NFL, international soccer, Formula 1’s Miami Grand Prix, and major global events including the Super Bowl and Miami Open. Ben has also held roles with Fenway Sports Management and the Boston Red Sox, giving him a unique perspective on both the team and venue sides of the industry.

At Talisman, Ben will drive the agency’s partnership sales efforts across the Americas, working with global brands and premium sports properties to build standout, strategically aligned partnerships across sport and entertainment.

Ben’s appointment comes at a pivotal time in Talisman’s growth story. Over the next three years, the agency is investing heavily in building out its global commercial team, aligned with the rapid rise of Formula 1, the growing momentum behind women’s sports, the FIFA World Cup in 2026, and the long-term commercial runway ahead of LA28. Talisman is focused on helping brands navigate, activate, and win in this new era of globally engaging sport.
